English plays a significant role as an exchange and practical subject, so the English curriculum is paid more and more attention in primary school. In order to better facilitate the students whenever and wherever possible to learn English, we need to solve the problem with the new learning style. With the development of3G, WiFi and other communication technologies are mature and stable, popularization and promotion of mobile devices and the concept of ubiquitous learning has attracted academic attention. It can make student’s learning style more convenient and more fast. Moodle platform’s compatibility and ease of use, can be installed on any platform which supports PHP and we can access it through the browser, so using the Moodle platform for designing the curriculum, can meet the demand of different terminal equipments. Through the Moodle platform, students can not only learn English courses in computer, but also can learn through English courses from the plate, mobile phone and other mobile terminal equipment, it convenient for students learning whenever and wherever possible and realize the apply of ubiquitous. Students use mobile devices for learning English both in and out of class, so it can help students to solve the difficulties in learning English out of class. At the same time, make full use of rich curriculum resources and teaching activities of the Moodle platform, realize the students’flexibility and personalized of learning English. So in the ubiquitous learning environment, how based on the Moodle platform to designing curriculum which meets the pupil’s English learning can help students solve problems in learning, improve the efficiency and the interest of students learning English, and facilitate students learning English whenever and wherever possible is the basic point of this paper.This paper attempts to under the TPACK thinking to design the first grade primary school’s English curriculum based on Moodle platform. In the network platform, make text, sound, image, animation and other functions fusing together, and with the help of Moodle platform, we can make the students’autonomous learning and take the teacher as the leading’s way of learning organic together. The learning phase of students can be divided into learning before class, classroom learning and learning after class, then realize seamless learning. The first part presents the background and significance, as well as domestic and foreign’s research contentto of ubiquitous learning in this paper. The second part of the paper is the integration research of primary school English and information technology in environment of ubiquitous learning, including the ubiquitous learning characteristics and the theoretical basis of this paper:outlines of the TPACK integration model. The third part of this paper is design research of English curriculum based on the Moodle platform, the primary school English curriculum design’s features based on the Moodle platform, the design and analysis of English Course of ubiquitous learning based on the Moodle platform, English curriculum design and curriculum design case of ubiquitous learning based on the Moodle platform. The fourth part of the paper is study on the effect of the English ubiquitous learning curriculum’s apply based on the Moodle platform, introduces the implementation of ubiquitous learning curriculum, two classes were chosen:one is adopting English ubiquitous learning under the Moodle platform, and the other is adopting traditional teaching mode, through around record comparison and questionnaire survey to verify teaching effect, whether the students listening and speaking ability is improved, whether the students like this teaching mode. The fifth part of the paper is summed up the effect of application of primary school English ubiquitous learning’s curriculum design based on the Moodle platform, as well as some difficulties existing in teaching practice, and puts forward some problems that improve teaching needs, improve the primary school English listening and speaking ability.
