With the rapid development of China’s economic strength and social and cultural life, people have created a wealth of material wealth in order to change people’s standard of living, quality of life has also been improved. However, fast-paced and busy life erratic deteriorating natural environment, people’s health in poor condition, physical fitness is getting worse. On this basis, people gradually realize that enhance physical activity, enhance their physique, to build a happy family, the importance and the necessity of creating a harmonious society. From numerous sports, most people recognize that swimming can not only achieve the role of a strong body, but also make exercisers have great spiritual harvest, on children’s intelligence is also a great development.For children beginners, changes in the environment movement to children caused great psychological pressure will be demonstrated, fear of water, the water can not breathe properly, it is difficult to keep the body balanced and so on. The method produces children’s fear of water from the heart of the phenomenon, which increases the difficulty of swimming teaching children to solve the psychological fear of the water swimming for beginners, this research will combine psychological training in sports psychology applied to teaching children to swim, teaching coaching change behavior; from a psychological point of view to teach children to learn to swim, children overcome fear of water, better learning and mastering swimming skills. Study used questionnaires commonly used teaching strategies preliminary understanding coaches beginners and children swimming psychological disorders, the findings show:cause children to swim for beginners to learn to swim is the most difficult students fear of water, resulting in a huge psychological barrier, which fear the reason for fear of being choked and water in a large percentage of water, difficulty in breathing; then using packet comparative experiments, teaching methods adopted by the experimental group and mental training combined with the use of comparative analysis of the control group after the end of the general teaching curriculum learning experimental combination of the control group, the survey found that:the use of psychological training of teaching students to master the experimental class technology and quality breaststroke action more significant than the control classes using conventional teaching methods, and the use of the use of psychological training methods inspired by teaching children to learn to swim that can help students overcome psychological barriers, reduce the fear of water during practice to quickly learn to swim. Experimental data offer some suggestions for teaching children to swim experimental teaching:①conducted when children can swim coaches swimming teaching beginners proper use of psychological methods to assist in teaching training method.②The practice exercises to increase children familiar with the water, build a sense of water increase confidence.③swimming lesson when using psychological training method for teaching, teachers must be timely to observe the situation of students, at any time to adjust the training content and load capacity to adapt to the new level of the students.④according to their child’s swimming coach condition, mental state, to develop their own teaching programs, so that distinction.⑤coaches have a good psychological quality, unique professional theoretical knowledge and practical ability, learning methods, grasp the direction of teaching, training, and innovation.
