Our country is a nation with 56 big family, a total of more than 80 kinds of language use, the number of minorities in the use of the national language and Chinese teaching in school education, set up the people, Han Bilingual Education system. As China’s national work is important one annulus, over the years, the state has always attached great importance to the work of bilingual education for ethnic minorities. Education plans, teacher centered. High quality teachers is one of the basic conditions for high quality education. There is no exception in our country. There is no exception in our country national minority areas, strengthen the bilingual teachers team construction is the premise and guarantee to improve the quality of education in ethnic regions.In this paper, the status quo of work from the basic situation, the author, in four aspects of teaching ability and the occupation training, using the method of questionnaire, literature method to collect the relevant data, do the investigation to Inner Mongolia Chifeng city J Mongolia Nationality Middle School Bilingual Teachers current situation, and then analyzed by SPSS statistical method of science, combining with interview method and observation method present situation of various aspects of Mongolia Minority Middle School Bilingual Teachers and the existing problems, and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the research origin and the research significance, methods and the domestic and foreign research review on this subject. This paper mainly introduced the research dynamic at present at home and abroad, discusses the research on Mongolia minority bilingual teachers is of significance.The second part mainly introduces the basic situation of survey points, through the questionnaire survey of 82 bilingual teachers in Mongolia middle school on the J family and interview responsible for the students, teachers and relevant departments, and comprehensive observation in the survey point, dynamic presentation of the basic situation, Mongolia Nationality Middle School Bilingual teachers work status, teaching ability and the occupation training.The third part is based on the previous paper, obtained through the data analysis and processing on the interview record of the conclusion, namely: Mongolia Nationality Middle School Bilingual teachers there are a lot of advantages, but also highlight many problems, such as:the bilingual teachers’ qualifications and professional level needs to be improved, the bilingual ability of using the lack and so on, the author analyzed for these advantages and problems.The fourth part is based on the author sums up the problems, respectively, from the macro and micro level, put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the current problems of Mongolia Nationality Bilingual teachers. Such as to increase capital investment, improve the bilingual teachers’ salaries; strict admittance system of bilingual teachers, improve the overall level of bilingual teachers in teacher training; diversification; bilingual teachers to strengthen their own learning.
