In the process of implementing bilingual education in Xinjiang minority areas,the quality of bilingual teachers and the level of teaching ability directly affect the success or failure of bilingual education in Xinjiang.For a long time,bilingual education in Xinjiang has been faced with a plight of insufficient number of bilingual teachers,especially the number of excellent bilingual teachers,and the strength of bilingual teachers' teaching ability seriously affects the quality of bilingual education and the training of bilingual talents.Therefore,since 2003,a number of bilingual training programs for ethnic minorities have been implemented in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region since 2003.The state and the government of Hong Kong strongly support bilingual teachers' Cultivation in terms of funds and policies.Get better grades work of ethnic bilingual teacher training since the implementation of the 15 years,but it still faces some problems,such as: at the end of the training of bilingual teachers is still not competent for bilingual teaching post,no bilingual teaching ability training.In this study,through a period of investigation and analyzes some problems such as the college training courses,training bilingual teachers single list selection problems,lack of training before the training needs analysis,training of bilingual teachers training,there is no specific content evaluation system is not perfect.How to improve the scientific training of bilingual teachers,teacher training effect,selection of reasonable and timely and effective training feedback into the evaluation reform,which is currently working in Xinjiang ethnic bilingual teacher training need to solve the problem.The theoretical basis of this study on the basis of adult learning theory,the theory of teachers' professional development as the training of bilingual teachers,through the study of the training project of Xinjiang Normal University teachers training center,through questionnaires,interviews and other forms through a lot of material to collect first hand,then using the method to manage the construction of competency model,analysis of qualified bilingual teachers standards.The training of bilingual teachers should process,through the analysis from the Xinjiang Normal University training center of bilingual teachers,situation of bilingual teacher training,and then to be bilingual training process comparison actual bilingual training process,from the general bilingual training process,training needs analysis,training design,implementation of training assessment and training the end of the feedback.Then we use the method of questionnaire and interview to explore the current situation of bilingual teacher training,and find out the problems in the training.In view of the existing training of bilingual teachers in Xinjiang minority area in question(a)to make clear the goal of training to enhance the trainees training consciousness;(two)to pay attention to the trainees in the training before the start of the pre training needs investigation and analysis work;(three)the arrangements for the deployment of training content through scientific and reasonable planning;(four)to start training to improve the quality of training in various forms of training;(five)for the trainees to keep track of the training evaluation and feedback after;(six)in the training of personnel training is the importance of training literacy knowledge;through policy advice improved above six aspects,so as to improve the the quality of training of bilingual teachers in minority areas to.
