The Late Qing and the Republic Period is the period when world’s natural science rapidly development as well as the early embryo period when China’s Course Standard of Physics.In order to alleviate the domestic class contradictions, economic development, in 1902 the Qing government promulgated the 《charter school will be played》, the abolition of the imperial examination system, appeared in the provisions for the Course Standard of Physics content and teaching method in the articles of association, which marks the Course Standard of Physics in China formally incorporated into the National Courses, has a clear division with chemical, biological and other natural sciences. During this period the Courses basic copy of the Japanese educational system, so the Courses content followed the Japanese Courses standards, the main Physics Textbook also from Japanese.After the foundation of the republican China, in order to revitalize the nation with science and technology, development of the capitalist economy, the government of the Republic of China make a series of reforms on the Course, established the "six-three-three system" as the core of the "Ren Xu system", this time Course Standard provides detailed physical teaching goal, teaching content, teaching arrangements, the experimental requirements and evaluation criteria, focus on training students’ ability, and the textbook compilation can mostly meet the students’ Cognition requirements are divided into chapters, written according to force, heat, light, electricity, magnetism, modern physics, linked to special attention with the world the development of physics.The Physics Course reform of The Late Qing and the Republic Period from the foreign experience and combining the domestic actual situation at that time, although there have been some problems in the reform, but still development science, train men for profession and made the contribution for our country’s. At present, for after the founding of nation, the Physics Course Standard research more, and the study of The Late Qing and the Republic Period Physics Course Standards and textbooks are few, especially the research on Influencing Factors are less. In this paper, through the analysis of the The Late Qing and the Republic Period Physics Course Standard and textbook content, elaborated at The Late Qing and the Republic Period society politics, economy, cultural back ground, education trend of thought, science and technology development, study and examine to the historical background of the time from different angles, then the research content of high school physics course study characteristics, analysis of the influencing factors of high school physics course content. Finally made a contrastive study of high school physics course content with the influence factors, seek enlightenment of physics course standard compilation.This paper has systematically analyzed the physical course standard of The Late Qing and the Republic Period and its influence factor, elaborated the physics education restricted by such as politics, economy, culture, science and technology development trend. The paper summarized the Enlightenment of physical education policy at The Late Qing and the Republic Period to the high school physics education today and experience, provide reference for the formulation and implementation of high school physics course standard.
