With the development of professionlization level of the Chinese team,the comparation of tactics and skills is not the focus.What is more important is the football players’physical constitution.Just as the foundation of a building.lt should be deep and steady,Only in this way can the football players be brought into full play under resistance with high level and strength.The aim of this research is to observe the football players’physical constitution and find out the shortages of training methods.By this means can the coaches and football players realize the importance of eccentric contraction of the muscles in strength training.On this basis,they can chang their training methods in an effect to improve their training levels and match levels.This research mainly aims to observe and analyse the importance of strength training by analysing the details,finding out the shortages and conecting the mistakes so that the coaches and football players can pay more attention to eccentric contraction of the muscles in strength training and realize the effect the strength training has on stactics and skills as well as how theeccentric contraction of the muscles influences the football players in a match.After the experiments can be found that the centrifugal strength training method of combining the centripetal contraction of the player’s explosive growth has significant improvement, makes the players on the sprint, jumping up. Centrifugal strength training method of combining the centripetal contraction on the player’s biggest strength growth have significant improvement of the bench press, squat, pull growth obviously reflect maximum power project. Centrifugal strength training method of combining the centripetal contraction has very big effect to prevent sports injuries of athletes, the traditional simple centripetal contraction of training for the fast fast to put, seriously affect the joint health in strength training, joint pain, there is a lot of athletes after training, joint swelling, water, make a lot of athletes in the subsequent training with the ball joint pain, but the centrifugal strength training method of combining the centripetal contraction make athletes has not occurred against the background of joint stress injury. Centrifugal contraction training in sports injury rehabilitation training has played a positive role, make muscle strain, and so on and so forth of athletes after muscle centrifugal contraction of rehabilitative training, quick recovery, return to team training. Centrifugal combined with centripetal contraction of muscle strength training methods to enhance the athletes and balance of power between, make the athletes antagonistic to strengthen, in the case of interference from the other, still can be a very good complete technical movements.
