Core strength training is fitness rehabilitation field by introducing a sports field training methods. The main body of the core region by enhancing muscle strength, enhance the body’s ability to force conducting the process in motion, especially for the stability and balance of the body has an important impact.In this paper, the use of literature, mathematical statistics, experiments and other research methods, the 30 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, the control group(N = 15) and experimental group(N = 15), in each class track and field preparation section training. Group training for basic preparations, the experimental group core strength training, training three times a week, each training time is 35 minutes. Experiments were carried out before and after the two groups of the body basic quality testing and laboratory Muscle Testing, T test method for the measured data were analyzed.Core body strength training method is divided into three phases, the first phase of training the body under steady state by overcoming its own gravity; the second stage of training the body under steady state load carried by aggravating its own; the third stage of the body without training conducted under the steady state.Lower extremity strength before and after the experiment reflects the rapid changes in the basic quality indicators: 50 Mega sprint, standing long jump and standing triple jump. Laboratory tests using CONTREX muscle strength tester on the subject of the hip, knee and ankle joints peak torque of three test average speed and other indicators.The results showed that after 10 weeks of training, both groups quickly lower extremity strength indicators have improved, but the experimental group than the control group to improve the margin, which in hip muscle strength test more obvious indicators of performance, specific conclusions are as follows:1. The control group and the experimental group before and after the experiment measured the basic quality tests, two sets of test indicators have improved, but the control group measured parameters were not significantly different, the experimental group, only one in the standing triple jump indicators showed a significant difference. Represent that the core strength training, can enhance the ability of the body conducting lower extremity strength and improve the stability of the body, for the lower limbs, rapid, coordinated capability development effort has a certain influence.2. The control group and the experimental group before and after the laboratory test data indicate experiment group and control group in the AP and ankle flexion muscles TPT two indicators were increased significantly, while the experimental group than in the control group increased only an indicator of the AS significantly, thereby illustrate the core strength training in the experimental group had some impact on the ankle fast strength, but the impact of little effect.3. knee isokinetic muscle strength tests, two experimental groups TPT and AS values as a measure of the strength of the index quickly, there were significant differences between the control group there was no significant difference. Description core strength training have an impact on the knee fast strength.4. Impact of hip muscle strength test to better reflect the core strength training for lower extremity strength fast results, before and after the experiment in the experimental group and a control group of hip PT, TPT, AS, AP test four indicators in the control group, only in an indicator of the flexor PT values were significantly different in the experimental group in the extensor AP value, the flexor TPT in significant differences in the value of the two indicators, while the extensor PT value, extensor TPT value, the value of the three indicators flexor AS the difference is very significant.
