Objective: To investigate the effects of core strength training on the balance ability of the women's basketball team athletes of Xi'an Institute of Physical Education. It provides theoretical reference for guiding exercise training.Research method: 1 The balance ability test method: According to the Biodex Balance-sd-2 dynamic static balance meter test program and requirements, the laboratory professionals test the athlete's balance ability under the static and open eye dynamics.Isokinetic muscle strength test: Before the experiment, the subjects were asked to perform preparatory activities; The experimental tests were conducted in strict accordance with the methods specified in the ISO MED2000 isokinetic tester operation manual. The test speed of the central force of the waist, knee, hip, and ankle joints is fast(angular speeds are 60 ° / S and 180 ° / S,respectively),and the starting angle of the joint is + 10 ° ~ +90 °.Each site completes 1 group and records relevant data.Experimental results:After 12 weeks of training, the static feet, left foot and right foot SI,APSI,and MLSI of the two groups were significantly smaller than before training(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01);The static feet SI,APSI,and MLSI in the experimental group were significantly smaller than the control group(P<UNK> 0.01),the static left foot APSI and MLSI were significantly smaller than the control group(P<UNK> 0.01),and the SI was slightly smaller than the pre-training(P> 0.05).),The static right foot APSI was significantly smaller than the control group(P<UNK> 0.05),and SI and MLSI were slightly smaller than before training(P> 0.05).2 After 12 weeks of exercise training, the experimental group dynamic feet, left foot and right foot SI,APSI,and MLSI were significantly smaller than before training(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01);The dynamic feet, left foot and right foot SI,APSI,and MLSI in the experimental group were significantly smaller than the control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).3 After 12 weeks of training, the experimental group had a significant increase in the total flexor, total extension,Qufengliju, and peak torque of the lumbar back muscles at 60 ° / S angular acceleration(P<UNK> 0.01).The torque of total extension,Qufengliju, and extension was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01);In the experimental group at 180 ° / S angular acceleration, the total extension and peak torque of the lumbar muscles were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.01),and the total flexor and Qufengliju were slightly larger than before training(P> 0.05).Total and peak torque is significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).4 After 12 weeks of training, under the 60 ° / S angular acceleration of the experimental group, the total flexing, total stretching,Qufengliju, and peak torque of the ankle muscles were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).The total flexural work, total flexural work and peak torque of the right ankle joint were significantly greater than that of the control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01),and Qufengliju was slightly larger than that of the control group(P> 0.05).The total flexural power, total flexural power,Qufengliju, and peak torque of the left ankle joint were significantly greater than those of the control group(P > 0.05,0.01).Under 180 ° / S angular acceleration in the experimental group, the torque of ankle joint muscle flexural total work, total extension work,Qufengliju, and extension peak torque were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.01);The total flexural power, total flexural power, total flexural power, total flexural power, peak torque, and total flexural power and peak power of the right ankle joint were significantly larger than those of the control group(P > 0.05,0.01).5 After 12 weeks of training,in the experimental group of 60 ° / S angular acceleration, the knee joint muscle flexural total work,Qufengliju total work,Xinfen total work, and extension peak torque were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01);The knee joint muscle flexor, total extension, and Qufengliju were significantly larger than the control group(P <UNK> 0.05,0.01).Under 180 ° / S angular acceleration in the experimental group, the torque of knee joint muscle flexor, total extension,Qufengliju, and peak extension were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.01).The torque of total flexor, total flexor, total flexor,Qufengliju and peak of knee muscles was significantly greater than that of control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).After 12 weeks of training,in the case of 60 ° / S angular acceleration in the experimental group, the total bending power, total stretching power,Qufengliju, and peak torque of the hip muscles were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.01).The total flexural power, total flexural power,Qufengliju, and peak torque of hip muscles were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).Under 180 ° / S angular acceleration in the experimental group, the total bending, total stretching,Qufengliju, and peak torque of the hip muscles were significantly greater than before training(P<UNK> 0.01).The total flexural power, total flexural power,Qufengliju, and peak torque of hip muscles were significantly greater than those of the control group(P<UNK> 0.05,0.01).Conclusion:The core force training can improve the static and dynamic balance ability of female basketball players more effectively than traditional training methods, especially the influence on the dynamic balance ability is more obvious;Core strength training is more effective than traditional training methods to improve the absolute strength and rapid strength of the joint muscles of the lower limbs and lower limbs of female basketball players. The good influence of core strength training on balance ability is closely related to the increase of muscle strength, especially the effect of knee muscle strength on balance ability is more obvious.4 Core force training can effectively increase the female basketball p layer's 90 s shooting percentage and accelerate the speed of fixed-point passing.
