With the continuous development of sports science research, core stability training is more and more high level sports teams of different project accepted and adopted, but found that when refer to all kinds of literature, aesthetic group gymnastics into China since 2013, domestic theories about the project has not been any research. The purpose of this paper is to study the core stability training effect on aesthetic group gymnastics students’ ability to balance, as well as the analysis of the balance ability enhancement effect on the performance, at the same time on the project students core stability training program for the analysis of the system, so as to improve students’ performance and to provide certain reference in future research.Based on the core stability training effect on aesthetic group gymnastics students’ ability to balance as the research object. Will select students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group of core stability training experimental period of 13 weeks, training three times a week, every time 30 to 60 minutes; Control group students in their regular training. A total of four stages, tests have three time points. Before the start of the experiment, after the end of the second phase, and the overall respectively on two groups of the students’ ability of static balance and dynamic balance ability and art collective holds difficulty action test, the data obtained using Spss18.0 for processing.The results show that:1. Balance ability in students complete technical difficulty has a very important role, and core stability training for students, to improve its performance has very important significance.2. In core stability training scheme for the arrangement of the load to follow the principle of gradual and core stability training program can be divided into four stages can be more accurately reflects the various stages of the training content and load characteristics of arrangement of scientific nature.3. The data of the two groups of static balance ability, the results of research, the two groups of data with significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with core stability training, strength training, although the traditional static balance ability also have effect on the students, but the training effect of the former is more significant.4. In the result of the two groups of dynamic balance data research, the experimental group from experiment to experiment, from experiment to experiment before after two stages have significant difference, while the control group before the experiment in the experiment of this stage was not significant change, do not appear in the final phase difference. So the core stability training in terms of improving students’ ability of dynamic balance, effect is more obvious than the traditional strength training.5. In the results of the measured data of two groups of technical action, according to the study of core stability training on static balance reaction ability to complete the quality of the techniques of ascension have significant changes, the traditional strength training, although also differ, but from the point of growth, not of the experimental group students obviously; The reaction dynamic balance technique on the finish quality of traditional strength training is increased, but no significant difference before and after the experiment. So also can see from the students technical movements, core stability training to improve the students’ has a great influence on balance.
