Fosbury style high jump is a run, jump, and the ground consisting of four parts, the jump is an important technique link in fosbury style high jump, to has a role in the decision of the high jump. High jump posture also in constant evolution, from the leapfrog, scissors, roller, stomach back the type of development to now, the body posture of fosbury flop is the world recognized as the most advanced and economical way. So this article with domestic high jump 2014 grades the best three players and shaanxi normal university three high level athlete as the research object, in fosbury style high jump take-off technology breakthrough point, through the literature material law, expert interview method, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, experimental testing method, shooting method, related parameters of several test object the biomechanics analysis. Using high-speed cameras and other equipment in our hospital three high jumper and China’s 2014 top three related parameters of high level athletes in our country by comparing biomechanics research. Designed to reveal our athletes appeared in the process of takeoff, provide basis for the later teaching and training.Conclusions of the study:1Through the study found that the high level athletes in our school second countdown step, slow down the speed of the step are the second countdown step and the step of the step size is small, this phenomenon will make the transition of the run-up to the takeoff time longer, and influence of take-off technology better.2.The high jump jump process, the discovery of six players in the Angle of the hip, knee, ankle parameters are more or less difference. International high level athletes of these parameters is relatively close to each other, and these parameters vary with high level athletes in our school, is relatively fragmented, cause the body center of gravity be unsteady when takeoff, a stride hip soft, jumps unwell wait for a problem.3.High jump take-off in the process, found that our school athletes after takeoff moment of knee joint Angle parameters are greater than the international high level athletes, the buffer stage knee joint Angle is greater than that of national team athletes, moment of knee joint Angle difference is very big, from the ground caused when jump to the ground is small, the power of the swinging leg and support legs not easy coordination.4.Jump swing technology, our athletes swing arm speed slower, not good use swing arm to improve the body center of gravity, maintain body balance, especially on the ceiling just touches the ground, fall place to center of gravity of body attachment and ground into the Angle is small, cause the body back is too big. In the swing, the player in our school of swing leg has the timing is not stable, leg folding technology is not clear.
