Core strength training method is introduced by sports rehabilitation and fitness training in the field of sports to a new type of strength training methods, has set off a wave of domestic research scholars; in our swimming, gymnastics, kayaking projects core strength training early, but most of them just as the quality of the training methods of strength training, because of the research on the core strength training started late, there is no contact with the sport specific technical characteristics closely relatively complete system of training methodology, resulting in Core strength training are not widely used. At present, more mature and more number of core strength training is applied to the national team, a professional sports team, such as a high level of training; sports school, college and other amateur training reasons for the lack of core strength training equipment, expertise and facilities so that core strength training stay at this level in the lower level of training. Furthermore, the use of core strength training programs in athletics less literature by pole vault, track and field sprint and a few more items to use, use in long jump in the little, even though some literature applied to core strength training methods only training and special technical features in the lower level of contact is not close enough to enhance the role of the smaller specialized skills; so the combination of these factors to explore the core strength training methods applicable to all special and we can make the scope of application of the broader core strength training, special ability to help improve more.
