Government, as the largest data occupants, holds the social aspects of the data, the government statistics how to deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by the era of big data to provide a more intelligent and efficient management and services has become increasingly important topic to be studied.Combined with the requirements and direction of transformation of government function, processing the transformation under the background of big data is imperative and promising. At present, the local government has abundant data resources, its level of data management continues to improve and has an opportunity to govern the country more modernized, but it also faces challenges such as the declined credibility of the government.
