Sprint is a physical as the dominant class of speed event, strength, quality and speed of the quality, for a sprinter is the athletic ability and to improve the competitive level of two of the most critical elements. Due to congenital factors to influence the quality of speed is relatively large, but less impact on power quality. Therefore, strength training has been vital physical quality training for Sprinters in content. However, taking a broad view of the present domestic many sprint for the organization to carry out strength training activities known, the current domestic in strength training for sprint athletes, mainly on training for upper limb and lower limb, for the core parts, such as the waist and abdomen, hip joint position of strength training pay little attention, that can not be good to solve the athlete in fast motion, control its stability and during the flight phase problem of providing the effective force to support for the lower extremity of the running movement, and therefore affect the score of sprint athletes to enhance. Core strength training as an effective way to solve this problem, if the core strength training is applied to the strength training of sprinters and for sprinters movement as a whole level and athletic ability promotion will be produced positive significance for the promotion. In view of this, this article has carried on the research to the core strength training of Sprint Athlete.The article mainly adopts the literature material method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods, for Jiangsu Province Track and field team sprint 20 sprinters are studied. The results showed that:(1) the core strength training to carry out on the core area of the body force sprinter growth is has positive significance for the promotion of.(2) the core strength training has the effect of balancing the muscles on both sides of the body. (3) the core strength training in sprinter based power quality improvement and under the unstable state of muscle strength of the play is of positive significance for the promotion of. (4) the core strength training in improving the absolute strength of the sprint athletes, this does not have obvious advantages. (5) after 12 weeks of core strength training, although sprint athletes in the experimental group in addition to the sprinters 60 meters sprints outside, other indexes did not appear significant changes, but the increase rate is significantly higher than that of control group of athletes provided rise, and whether it is the coaches or athletes are recognized core strength training in the special speed quality improvement of a positive role, and currently has theoretical support for the establishment of the above conclusion. (6) due to the male and female athletes strength quality development rules and characteristics of the development of different, the experimental group Man Sprinters the strength quality index of enhance the rate and the speed quality index increases, greater than to enhance the rate of the female sprinter the strength quality index of enhance the amplitude and the velocity of the index test results.On the basis of the analysis of the text put forward some suggestions as follows:(1) Pay attention to the importance of core strength training. (2) Pay attention to a reasonable choice of training methods and training means. (3) The application note to follow the basic principles of the application. (4) Practical considerations combine Sprint Event action features. (5) Should pay attention to build and improve the system’s core strength training detection and evaluation svstem. We are hoping to provide some reference for sprinters core strength training work.
