Body core strength training as a new method of strength training is applied to sports training, the training can improve in the core areas of the body waist, hip muscle group strength and body equilibrium stability and for athletes in the movement process of lower limb strength pass plays a role of connecting link between the preceding and the following. This training method is valued by many coaches and sports workers, and it is applied to the training program. 100 meters is the movement speed and power combination of sprint. The speed quality is greatly affected by congenital factors, so the training in strength training as a key. Movement of 100 metres higher requirements for lower limb strength training, strength training of sprint in China to the limbs strength exercises, the core parts of the body muscle strength training is still a lack of systematic training, resulting in athletes Midway Running in the process of body shaking, force of lower limbs tic to uncoordinated, stride greatly. According to the characteristics of the core strength training, core strength training of sprint may solve problems, and improve athletic performance.This study in Jilin Province sports school young men aged 15-18 eight 100 meters two athletes and eight tertiary athletes as experimental objects, divided into secondary and tertiary groups, two groups of athletes reach the national secondary and tertiary standard, the level of movement within a group no significant difference. Through using the method of experiment on two groups of players were combined with special core strength training, test them in different stages of training special strength quality test indicators of achievement and 100 meters special achievement, through mathematical statistical method of training before, during and after athlete special strength index and specific performance test results are study and theoretical analysis, analysis of changes in different stages of training the body core strength training of 100 meters of specific performance and power quality test indicators of achievement in.Results: after 12 weeks of core strength training the young athlete in the 100 meters, compared two groups of athletes in the 100 m before and after the experiment, improved obviously, paired t test H P < 0.05, indicating that core strength training on 100 meters scores improved significantly. Indices of power quality special test results of all different amplitude increased, the result of standing long jump second level players core strength training in 273.51 cm than before training 267.38 cm increased 6.13 cm. Three groups of athletes increased the 7.15 cm and standing triple jump performance secondary group average score increased 0.19 M, third class group increased 0.21 m, barbell squat score group of secondary and tertiary group were increased 10.57 kg, 11 kg, all squat secondary group increased 13.1kg, third class group increased the 13.78 kg, 100 meter results in a special group of secondary increased 0.22 s, third class group increased 0.24 s. The paired T test(P<0.05) showed that the core strength training had significant statistical significance to strength quality test indexes.Research conclusion: first, core strength training methods to improve the juvenile sprinter’s special achievement, standing long jump, standing triple jump, barbell squat, bar full squat grades have the effect. Second, different stages of core strength training, due to the exercise difficulty movement extent and different load, power quality test indicators have different training effect for subjects, to lower levels of group staff performance increase more. Third, through to different levels of the subjects for training, training effect from the point of view, the core strength training program, to the effect of the athletes physical quality is relatively weak, the shorter the time to train more obvious, more in line with the lower levels of athletes. Fourth, core strength training of leg strength increase the effect is relatively low, in the different stages of training the squat and squat achievement growth to a lesser extent.
