Through analysis of the present conditions in physics classroom teaching, on the basis of affirming the superiority of knowledge memory in the traditional physics teaching, this paper points out problems that exist in the traditional physics teaching. The first problem is the lack of the students' consciousness as subject, which mainly showed by unconsciousness and irresponsibility in learning physics. The second problem is the lack of the students' subjective position, that is, the students are passive and negative, willing to controlled by the teacher as objective part and object rebuilt. The third problem is the lack of non-rational activity, that is, the teachers only stress the concept, law and theorem in physics teaching, neglecting the students' emotion. The fourth problem is the absence of the students' personality, that is, the students are lack of personality educated by physics teaching. So through research on subjective education theory, based on this theory, combining characters of physics and students in middle school, this paper discusses necessity and executive strategies of carrying on the subjective teaching in physics classroom teaching and its patters at the end of this paper.Through research of the theory of the subjective teaching, the paper seeks for a teaching approach adapting to physics classroom teaching. The author deeply realizes the importance of establishing the students' subjective position by reading lots of essays concerned and monograph and practicing in classroom teaching using all chance. Under this background, the paper points out the aim of the physics classroom teaching: cultivating and developing the students' subjectivity whose characteristics refer to autonomy, initiative and creativeness, and defines autonomy, that is, individual position in objective activity which is individual right and ability of governing and controlling one's own activity under given conditions, namely, non-dependence. Initiative meanssubject knowing and remaking object self-consciously, positively and actively in objective relations. Creativity characterized by exploration and innovation is the highest express and level of individual subjectivity, even the soul of it. In order to carry on the subjective teaching in physics classroom teaching, the writer discusses the strategies of carrying on subjective teaching in this paper's second part. First, the new type relationship between teachers and students is necessary. In this part, the writer argues that the relationship between teachers and students should be a communication relationship. And teaching is a special communication, namely, teachers as the subjects of teaching and the students as the subjects of learning should interact, interchange, mutually communicate and understand. Their communication relationship should be an inter-subjectivity and democratic relationship that can be possible to serve the development of good relation between teachers and students. And also this part points out that several one-sided understandings about the relationship between teachers and students nowadays: only-teacher-subject theory, only-student-subject theory, the teachers as guiding parts and the students as subjective parts theory, "beyond subject-object theory", "compound subject theory" and so on. Second, we should establish an atmosphere for multifaceted exchange, initiate the students' interest, and cultivate their initiative to learn. In this part, the writer holds the view that the teacher should play a role as subject and provide the students with safe and happy environment for the development of their subjectivity, making use of their priorities on age, experiences, knowledge level and so on than the students, and the art of communication, reasonable teaching evaluation, cultivating the students' autonomy, initiative and creativeness.
