Mahogany Spirit Mixture Combined With 60 Minutes Of Swimming Exercise On Lipid Metabolism In Rats Study

Objective: To study the effect of hongmuling liquid combined with swimming for 60min on lipid metabolism in male rats suffering from hyperlipidemia and to explore the way of nutrition combined with physical activity for anti-hyprelipidemia.Method : 80 mate SD rats were selected and divided into eight groups :control,hyperlipidemia group, Monacolins treated group, high, middle, low dosage of hongmuling liquid treated group,60mins swimming treated group,middle dosage of hongmuling liquid with 60mins swimming treated group.The content of TC, TG, HDL-c, LDL-c, ApoA, ApoB, the activity of LPL and HL in serum and the mass of the testis fat pad were measured.Result: The level of TC in blood plasma of middle dosage of hongmuling liquid with 60mins swimming treated group was decreased significantly compared with hyperlipidemia group(p<0.05),and the content of TG decreased very significantly(p<0.01); compared with hyperlipidemia group,the middle dosage of liquid with exercises treated group can inhibit the content of LDL-c significantly(p<0.05); the middle dosage of liquid with exercises treated group raised the content of apoA and low the content of apoB significantly(p<0.05),and it raised the ratio of apoA and apoB significantly(p<0.05); the middle dosage of liquid with exercises treated group don't alter the activity of LPL or HL in serum significantly.Conclusion: Compared with liquid and exercises respectively,the middle dosage of hongmuling liquid with 60mins swimming can inhibit the increase of the content of TC,TG,and LDL-c in blood plasma significantly .raise the ratio of HDL-c/TC, HDL-c/LDL-c and ApoA/ApoB in blood,raise the content of apoA in blood while low the content of apoB in blood,and don't alter the activity of LPL or HL in blood plasma significantly.The liquid with exercises have a good impact on lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats.
