The new standard of philology course , which was enacted in 2001, strengthened the important content of feeling, attitude and value on the basis of the idea of improving student's anlage cultivation of philology, formed the common understanding that the nature of philology is the integration of the natures of tool and human culture. The form and content of the philology education include many aesthetic factors. Therefore, the philology is the subject that relates to aesthetic education most directly, closely and extensively. This paper will elaborate how to apply aesthetic factors during the philology education in both shallow and deep contexture.At present, there is much misdirection in the philology education: The tool theory still stand at dominating position, which seriously impedes the development of human culture spirit in the philology education. It is reflected as logic thinking training replacing images thinking training in classroom. That will extremely decrease the efficiency of learning the philology, impair the enthusiasm of studying, smother the desire of creating. Human is not a machine, but the exist of affection. The future education has to be the education which is able to comprehensively carry forward the value of human and human life. Aesthetic education is just the one of the effective ways.Aesthetic education is the kind of education which cultivates educatee's aesthetic and creative ability. Aesthetic education of the philology is directed by Marxism's point of view. It teaches students through aesthetic education factor, cultivates students' morals, develops students' healthy aesthetic judgments and the abilities of aesthetic feeling, appreciation and creation. It will help students to build positive motivation and strong interest of studying. It also help to develop students' intelligence, stimulate their imagination and active their thought.Nowadays education practice has strong demand on aesthetic education objectively. Aesthetic opinions and education theories which philosophers, educators and thinkers have formed will be used for reference and direction for implementing aesthetic education of the philology.According to Poland art theorist R. Ingaden's theory of dividing literature into 5 layers from outer to inner and Chinese ancient theory of language, types and artistic conception, this paper will emphasize on how to implement aesthetic education of philology through both shallow and deep contextures. Shallow aesthetic education ofphilology's implementation mainly uses the method of external art form to reach sweet-sounding, and good-looking aesthetic condition. For example, use music to coordinate philology education, transform abstract language to image by the aid of picture, appreciate calligraphy to feel the beauty of lines, and so on.The emphasis of deep aesthetic education of philology is to cultivate student's feeling, emotion, imagination and understanding and to reach high spirit aesthetic condition. After all, the beauty in the text is the beauty of language art. Language art is the highest expression in human culture. This requests teacher to closely connect text, enlighten and lead student to feel the fineness of finding the exact word, also lay stress on human culture to let student get aesthetic educationFor educatee, the effect of aesthetic education is long-lasting and profound. Aesthetic education of philology is a real art. It will lead student to aesthetic paradise. But it is a long team and arduous task to implement aesthetic education of philology. It needs us continuously explore and practice.
