Designed Web-based Group Calisthenics Theoretical Teaching

With the development of education technique, the web site had been used in the area of physical education wildly. There are few research based on the learning theory and an other instruction design method. So the method of instruction design is still a new work in the physical education which based on the Web environment. In order to resolve the problem which has been encountered in the instruction of large calisthenics , this paper analysis the problem and point out new content of web-Based instruction design ,and For the sake of the experimentation we created a web-site for the research ,which incarnated the characteristic and require of web -Based. To verified, modified, perfected its validity by the experimentation. From the conclusion of the study we can see teachers approved of the method of Web-Based instructional design of the large calisthenics, students are filled with interesting and active in the leaning process.
