1 Research objective:Swim trainings and the somatic (bodily) functions are carried on the monitoring towards partial outstanding female athletes in Shandong Province. Based on the physiological biochemistry target change , promptly understanding to the movement training response of the athletes can be learned as well as the overfatigue amovement damage can be prevented .As the result of this, the training planes for the 10th.National Sports meeting will be smoothly accomplished and excellent results are highly anticipated.2 Research method:Rainings are started 3 days after the National Youth Swimming Tournament of 2005. At 7:00-8:00 Monday morning, Hb, CK, BUN are tested in the condition of empty stomach and venous blood is measured for testosterone as well. The result of this test will be the basic value, and the results of Hb, CK, BUN will be the complex value of the following Monday morning. Testosterone wiil be tested every 2 weeks. Judgments of the adaption to the training and their somatic situation are based on the testing results, proper guidance for the next training and restoration can be made.3 Result:3.1 Hemoglobin: Values of hemoglobin gradually decreased with small scope in the first 4tests. It raised towards the basic value at the 5th and the 6th test and stabilized at the this level in the following weeks. At the end of the training , the value of hemoglobin gradually increase, and 4 of the athletes surpassed the basic level. A, E achieves individual maximum 15.0g/L, 14.0g/L.3.2 Blood serum creatine activating enzyme: Member E differs from other athletes obviously at the value of CK, yet the change rule is quite similar with others. In the earlier period of training, the value of CK raised slowly. In the intermediate stage, few of them raised greatly, and in the later period it dropped but restored ideally. At the last week of training, the value of 4 increased largely.It inferred that the athletes couldn't adapt to the training arrangments.3.3 Blood urea: The value of blood urea gradually increased from the 1st week, and achieved the higher level at the 7th and the 8th week. It dropped in the following 4 weeks, and remarkably rised at the last test. Generally speaking, the changes of blood urea value were not great. It didn't surpass the upper limits of the normal range, although it continuously rised after restoration.3.4 Blood testosterone: Blood testosterone presented the different changes in entire training time, and generally tended to the escalation. The curves of member B,C and E are quite gentle, the blood testosterone value approached to the basic value during the entire training period. The last test before the departure, the value of B and C has few difference with the basic value, the rest three has large increase. 214% for member A, 213% for member E and 306% for member D.4 Conclusion:4.1 The index in this monitoring reflects both the oxygen transportation system, the matter energy metabolism system function condition and the adaption situation to the quantity and intensity of training. Adjustments of their bodily condition could be immediately made and the training task could be smoothly accomplished. Although the index fluctuated during the training, final adjustments to the normal range were made in the end. It inferred that the training arrangement is quite reasonable. This plane is highly recommended in the next training. Great attention should be put forwards to the training quantity and intensity of the first two weeks, avoiding the great increase of Ck ,BUN and the large drop of Hb,t.4.2 The synthesis use of index Hb, CK , BUN can be considered as the effective index which evaluates the swimming athlete function. By this, one-sidedness of the sole index can be avoided, and the athletes function, overtired prevention can be also be grasped. The early symptom of weary accumulation performed as the continuous drop of hemoglobin for several weeks ,the elevation of CK,BUN andthe terrible remark in the training. Following suggestions are put forwards :the training quantity should be reduced ..meanwhile the oxygen training proportion should be increased. Food with Fe3"^ VBn> folic acid will do good for them. 4.3 The imperfect performance of member D in the formal match due to the excessive items, frequent pre-contests and rematches, deficient estimation on the influence of match intensity , and the excessive pressure. The coach shouldn't give too many items to the athletes. Achievements of the vice-item should base on the guarantee of the superiority project.
