It is a turning point for WushuSanda because of Wushu biding for Olympic games, especially for Women WushuSanda.Women Sanda is popular among the people, but because it is not a formal competitive event, its basic theory study has been overlooked for a long time. Contrary to this, Men Sanda has had a mature development up till now. In order to make Women Sanda have a better development and follow the Men Sanda's developing step, this thesis sets out to do a comparative quantitative analysis with 96 sportsmen of 6 level (48 kg., 52 kg., 56 kg., 60 kg., 65 kg., 70kg.) as the subjects to compare and study men and women's Sanda techniques using . All the subjects of this thesis were taken part in 84 rounds'(190 sets) competition including quarter-final competition, semi-final and final competition. After analyzing the statistics, the author arrives at the following conclusions:1. There exist several problems on WushuSanda . The first problem is that the classification to technology system is not scientific. Furthermore, lack unity to the outline is another shortcoming. Through analysis, the author views that the main reason lies in that there have not a scientific and reasonable explanation system. More importantly, there have not a clear understanding to the key word——"attack"in specific researches. Usually, people just view"attack"as"offensive"and this result in the occurring of unclear classification even losing some basic technology definition.2. Compare to Men Sanda, Women Sanda has some disadvantages. For example, the slow competition speed and combacting frequency, the unbalanced techniques level at the same grade, the low striking and wrestling efficiency, and the unbalanced development on kicking, striking and wrestling. These aspects of Women Sanda are not as good as Men Sanda.3. Generally speaking, the use of combination combacting techniques is better than single combacting techniques, but the use of similar combination combacting techniques is worse than the different group, particularly the use of the combination kicking techniques.4. Because of the different sexual distinctions, compared with WushuSanda, heavyweight and middleweight women subjects'combacting techniques and wrestling techniques are better than lightweight, but on the use of kicking techniques, lightweight is better than heavyweight and middleweight. At different competition stages, the application of Sanda techniques of women is not as good as that of men on semi-final and final competition. In order to solve these problems, this thesis provides several suggestions:1. More basic theory study on the definition of Wushu Sanda concept and system structure are needed, which can make WushuSanda's study more reasonable and clearer. What's more, it can make this event link with Olympics early.2. Women WushuSanda should make a great effort on body strength, speed, flexibility and agility, especially on the exercising of upper limbs to improve the striking force. At the same time, the striking and wrestling exercise should be strengthen, particularly the practice on straight blow and single-leg pick-up. This can make the development of striking, kicking and wrestling more balanced. Furthermore, great effort on defending ability is needed, which can make women subjects have a quick turning and maintain a balance on combacting and defending.3. Because there exist sexual distinctions on the same level's competition, such as the heavyweight and middleweight, researchers should notice the difference when consulting men Sanda training. In addition, the researchers should combine the difference with techniques using to improve the successful rate during practical training.4. Take these shortcomings of Women Sanda(such as late starting, lack major talents, unbalanced sportswomen technology) into consideration, the author suggests that advertising and spreading of WushuSanda should be strengthen and make the free combat development more balanced.
