School-based curriculum development is an important part of our new round curriculum reform in china, which plays an irreplaceable role in the curriculum of opening such schools with characteristics, cultivating professional talents with innovation, practical capability and unique personality school-based curriculum development is also important for the development of students'personality, formation of schools'characteristic ,promotion of the development of the post of teacher and the cultivation of kinds of Specifications talents . As a result, School-based curriculum development wins gigantic room for survival and development in the current times background with the tough competition among talents.My thesis is directed by the book on curriculum and takes some colleges and universities P.E teacher/P.E executive leaders as the investigation objects in Jiangsu Province ,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai area, where it makes a first investigation and research of current status of school-based curriculum development with the method of references, questionnaires, visiting, logic reasoning and so on. Firstly, it have a retrospection of the domestic and foreign school-based curriculum development ,making a comprehensive summarize of some related definition of School-based curriculum development and conclusion of the current researching status of domestic School-based curriculum development, and giving an theoretical illustration in detail of factors that influence the School-based curriculum development and the developing process.Then by making an analysis of the results of questionnaires to have a sum up of the efficacy and problems of School-based curriculum development in Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province and Shanghai area and put forward some related developing strategy directed at those problems. Results show the efficacy of some P.E School-based curriculum development in Jiangsu Province ,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai area: The understanding defined by the goal of P.E School-based curriculum development is focus on the students'development; choosing content of P.E school-based curriculum development ;reveals the spirit of compendium ,taking students'P.E requirements ; putting emphasis on the P.E School-based curriculum development with multiple forms by the combination of existing curriculum resource; curriculum evaluation usually are made with many kinds of evaluation forms ,which is confirmed with the requirement of some current curriculum evaluation reform. There exists some problems in P.E school-based curriculum development in Jiangsu Province ,Zhejiang Province and Shanghai area, there are : Poor connection between the contents of school-based curriculum and students'future career often overlooks the benefits of students after they step into the society ; P.E teachers'inadequate preparation for the role as participators and the lack of curriculum consciousness and curriculum development ability; P.E resource School-based curriculum development deficiency ,and the resource sharing system still needs establishment; The form of School-based curriculum development is so simple; Without complete evaluating system for School-based curriculum development. According to the research of currently problems ,here are some related developing strategies : Take the talents cultivation regulation among different institutes as the primary start; Combine the professional development of P.E teachers with P.E School-based curriculum development; Schools should make reasonable development and use full of curriculum resource ,and strengthen intercommunion and cooperation among institutes , strive to promote P.E teachers'constitute teaching counterclaim ;Establish comparatively consummate evaluating system for P.E School-based curriculum development.
