Lobbying PR, as a part of public relations (PR), is a series activities which, through propaganda to improve image and gain public support, reach the PR goal. With PR's rapid development, lobbying PR in western countries, especially in US, has become a legal business. In ancient China, para-lobbying was quite popular. However, the real lobbying activity in China is now only beginning. The strategic value of Lobbying PR should catch great attention from Chinese enterprises and organizations. This thesis is aimed to analyse its methods, summarize its principles and use them for reference to develop our own business.This thesis clarifies several confusable concepts of lobbying, lobbying PR and government PR in the first place, argues lobbying PR's necessity from both theoretical aspect and realistic aspect. After that, introduces the lobbying PR's current situation in US, where lobbying PR is most popular and developed, and in China. Then, based on lobbying PR's characteristics and implement process, summarizes lobbying PR's strategy and detail execution options. Finally, by analysing several typical cases, explains lobby PR's strategic methods and working conditions, and further brings forward suggestions for lobbying PR's healthy development in China.
