Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee and China.com.cn published each Sports E-magazine. Audiences paid more attention about Sports E-magazine because of its glaring visual impact and strong interaction. Sports E-magazine for the community provides a spiritual food so that people can spend their leisure time in a healthy way. It has an importance role on Chinese Olympic sports strategy, the implementation of a comprehensive health strategy and nation-wide popularity of sports knowledge. However, the literature retrieval found that the related literature study about Sports E-magazine is less. Author found nothing when used"Sports E-magazine"as keyword to find documents in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Chinese Doctor's and Master's Theses Full-text Database. Thus, for the Sports E-magazine studies, scholars have not caused a high degree of attention.Sports E-magazine has some problems, its industry specialization level is low because of it is a baby. This paper uses literature method, questionnaire method on line,interview statistics carrying out more all-round investigation of the current development status and some problems(content, facture, publishing, profits) of Chinese Sports E-magazine. Results after investigation are as follows:(1)Chinese Sports E-magazine audience is small; the proportion of active users is small, churn trends evident.(2)Most users are not satisfied with the current development of China's electronic magazine.(3)The terrible problems in turn for Sports E-magazine are: timeliness of information, professional sports news, the depth of content, reading easy, exquisite facture.(4)Chinese Sports E-magazine exists for the content of entertainment over serious, imitation of the traditional journal, professional sports is not strong, and its features are not prominent, not much original content issues.(5)The problems about reading and publishing are: updates slowly, timeliness slowly, reading platform is few , not easy to read at any moment, search difficult, not easy to edit, download speeds is slow.(6) The market profits status of Chinese Sports E-magazine is not good. Advertisement market is saturation and the charged environment has not yet formed.According to the survey results, author give some suggests that followed:(1) To strengthen the cooperation with the traditional sports magazine, Internet Blog, TV sports channel, sports online game, to rich source of Sports E-magazine, to train professional editorial team of Sports E-magazine, and to improve the quality of magazine content.(2)Develop the mobile reading devices, set up E-magazine television channels, give an integrated coverage of major sports events with the help of media, strengthen the publicity of Sports E-magazine, ensure and expand the magazine users.(3)Persist in advertising profits mainly,launch the way of community value-added services to search for the new profit point by making magazine for the sports-related enterprises large-scale sports events, and sports games website .(4)Relevant government departments should increase efforts to support Sports E-magazine, and set up the appropriate policies to strengthen the protection of Internet Copyright and improve the environment for Internet sharing.
