In this paper, it consists the theory of sequence stratigraphy and sedimentology theory, seismic, logging and drilling data. Then it has also summed the identification of sequence interfaces and the division signs of sequence stratigraphic units of the Xin'ancun group, And the same time it has established the sequence stratigraphic framework. The paper divides the Xin'ancun group in Eogene into two 3-order sequences.According to seismic stratigraphy, seismic reflection termination identified on ultrasound, the next super, truncated and incised valley and other seismic phenomena, Incised valley identified mainly in the T3 and T5 at the interface of these two unconformities, sedimentary facies provide a basis for the division.Combined sequence stratigraphy with oil and gas bearing relationship, it shows that:the depositional systems contains fan delta, lake system and the lake floor fan system in the main study area. And this paper has analysis the flat sedimentary faces. In this sequence stratigraphic framework, it establish a system of identification of the deposition, the phase of the plane.Favorable area prediction results show that:fan delta front facies favorable oil and gas reservoirs, water diversion channel which is the most favorable oil and gas reservoirs. From the horizon point of view, The favorable area for oil and gas is Xin'ancun andWuyun Group. Comprehensive analysis of the sandstone thickness, reservoir properties, geochemical indicators that the most favorable reservoir SQ1. The development of a good type of sedimentary facies, including the lake floor fan and fan delta front is SQ1上. Its a good cover on both systems, with the development of various types of traps and the fracture system is conducive to exploration horizons.
