The digital hologram is a combination of traditional holography and modern electronic technology, It is a kind of optical information technology with digital. A method of digital holography that combines the charge-coupled device (CCD) with electrically addressed liquid crystal display (EALCD) is introduced in this paper. CCD is used to record the hologram, reconstruction and interference fringes as recording elements; EALCD is used to reconstruct the hologram in stead of recording material of traditional optical holography. It is the way of recording and processing the holographic image by digital imaging processing technology. The traditional chemical processing and is avoided, It is more convenient to improve the quality of the image and to obtain the needed information by digital method. On the basis of theoretical analysis in digital holographic experiment, Fresnel holograms about reflecting measured object are recorded and reconstructed. Through pretreatment and directly handle on the picture by digital imaging processing technology, the clarity of the representation and the contrast of holographic interferogram is significantly increased.
