The Analysis Of Weather Forecast Based On Radar Base Data

The weather forecast is closely to residents'life. Effective weather forecast teleology can help people prevent from natural disaster, and reduce the loss of national. As everyone knows, there are various types of climate in our country, and many kinds of severe weather occurred frequently. It is a serious issue for meteorologists in the subject in how to improve the accuracy of severe weather forecast like torrential rain, hail, high winds and so on.As all we know, one type of weather'happening is influenced by many natural factors, so it is complex and changeful. These factors make weather forecast more difficult. Doppler weather radar is used widely in modern weather forecast by its good characteristics. Domestic and foreign scholars research through the base data of radar product like reflectivity, radial velocity, and spectrum.This work is based on numbers of radar base data of wind. Firstly, proceed with the base data of wind, and make the file of wind information. Secondly, draw wind vector's map, and calculate the storm relative helicity, and then draw the curve of storm relative helicity and rainfall.This work focus on two points: 1, processing the radar's base data of wind, and making files. 2, processing the wind files second time or more with actual weather rainfall, and then have some analysis and statistics until time to summarize rules, draw conclusion.Numbers of experiments show that the use of storm relative helicity in weather forecast of rainfall has 0.5 to 2 hours ahead of the occurrence of actual rain. For more complex composite weather types, there are also many obvious features can be used in the weather forecast. Therefore, this method is valuable in weather forecast.
