This topic is reseaching how to design the image logging Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition(SCADA)software and achieve the drawing of the curve of logging,the grayscale inmage of logging and three-dimensional image,which is based on the study background of the multi-arm caliper logging instrument.The multi-arm caliper logging instrument is used to detect the casing perforation,deformation and corrosion.The measuring arms of the instrument have the separate sensors which can measure the well diameter and get rich information of it. Using the casing diameter value of multiple orientation can provide the accurate,clear and audio-visual material to the staff. Meanwhile the material can provide the reliable guarantee for oil field casing analysis.First of all, the logging industry development is reviewed in this paper, and the latest report data in 2012 is used to deeply illustrate the significance of this topic researching. The system of the logging image ground processing about domestic and abroad are introduced.The designing methods and steps of the SCADA software based on database in the Windows environment are introduced.According to the actual demand,the method of designing the friendly logging view interface is the view and window segmentation technic.The realization of database is based on Access, and connecting with database and the organic combination of the software system is by using of the ADO(ActiveX Data Objects)access technology. The curve and grayscale inmage drawing is completed by using MFC programming technology and Winsock API technology. And the three-dimensional image of logging drawing performing is using by the VC calling OpenGL technologies.In order to achieve the imaging logging effect better, the different pictures should be drawn with different methods. The method of the curve inmage of logging is the three uniform B-spline.The well diameter will be changed into pixel by using of the chromaticity calibration technic,which can complete the greyscale inmage of well logging and use the SetPixel function drawing.The last one, the three-dimensional image of well diameter is finished by using of triangle or quadrilateral face paint technology.The result of this experiment shows that the software can complete the curve of logging,the grayscale inmage of logging and the three-dimensional image in accordance with the algorithm above all.So this software reach the aim of design.
