Angle measurement is an important part of the metrology. Mini-rotating-angle measurement in modern engineering survey also has the very important position, but although technology has gradually matured, but the accuracy of the measurement is still to be improved. First is the mechanical measuring method and electromagnetic methods, but because manual measurement, the precision cannot be guaranteed, it is difficult to realize automatic. And optical technology with non contact, high sensitivity, high accuracy of the characteristics of widely used, such as circular grating angle measuring method, optical reflection method of small angle measurement, laser interferometer for angle measurement method. In this paper the method of angle measurement is also belongs to the optical measuring angle a, using digital holographic interferometry to the measurement of small angle method. Holographic interferometry and optical interference detection methods are quite similar, is also a kind of high precision, nondestructive, the detection method.This experiment is the use of digital holographic interferometry in the two exposure method, which uses two different moments of the exposure to form two again phenomenon between interference detection, use CMOS instead of traditional holography holographic dry plate. The measurement of Young's modulus method, achieve the measurement of the reflecting mirror turning angle. At first not loading load take a digital hologram, loaded in thelkg load after the shooting of a digital hologram, after the use of the two hologram interference that interference fringes. Using the interference fringes with a small mirror turning angle is calculated in terms of the size of the relationship. The lkg load increases, which in turn shooting hologram, with the same principle, for each mirror turning angle, finally calculated the average value. The experimental results show that the method is feasible, and has high reliability and accuracy, and has certain application value.
