The putaohua oil layer of the TaiDong region has submitted to proven oil reserves,there are many fault blocks which have been invested in developing. In the Taidong region,because of the fault development and the complexity of the oil-water distribution law.Logging response characteristics of oil-water layer are complex. In the application of the holearea interpretation chart which rely on the original submitted which proved reservesdeveloped was discovered that Some interpreted as a reservoir reservoir. Put into the processthat the rate of fluid producing and water bearing is high, primary standar is not suited insome small fault block. It is necessary to carry out some research on the oil-water recognitionmethod of putaohua oil layer in the TaiDong region. Provide the technical basis for implementthe oil-water distribution law and looking for potential reservoir.In response to this situation, This article incorporate material of well log, logging, oiltesting, core description and core analysis. Carry out depth research on four characters ofreservoir. On this basis, building a interpretation of eservoir parameter model(shale content,porosity, permeability). For the reservoir of fluid identification difficulty, carrying out theresearch on formation mechanism of low resistivity reservoir and high resistivity water zone.The major causes of reservoir fluid identification are determined. As the basis, themulti-parameter was adopted to eliminate the major causes of reservoir fluid identification,classified the reservoirs using by provenance, substance characteristic, structural belt,oil-water relationship belt, main controlling factors of reservoir forming belt and othergeological characteristics. Then analyzes reservoir logging response of the parameters ofdifferent fluids and variation law. building the qualitative method suitable for the oil-waterrecognition method of putaohua oil layer of study area.
