With the development of high-speed precision press in higher speed and higher precision, the thermal characteristic of high-speed precision press and its thermal deformation are becoming more and more important. The follwing aspects have been studied in this thesis with high-end CNC machine tools and basic manufacturing equipment of major national science and technology projects.Firstly, the mechanism in heat transmission, heat sources and load conditions of high-speed precision press are studied before the stress of crankshaft is analyzed by the MATLAB software, and heat transfer coefficient is also calculated, which make basic for the thermal analysis of high-speed precision press.Secondly, the crankshaft system model, the guide system model and the whole machine model are built in solidwoks and analyzed by using ANSYS, the correctness of the model is proved with the results of the finite element analysis, the deformation of the punch is analysized under the effect of the various key factors.Thirdly, the heat balance of the cooling system theory is described and the cooling system is designed, which includes the selection and calculation of components of the cooling system. Finally, the punch of heat balance control is introduced.Lastly, the model of the oil cooling system is established by applying Solidworks and analyzed with FULENT, the validity and practicability of finite element simulation model are verified. By analyzing the influence of cooling oil outlet temperature of the cooling system, the punching precision can be improved by increasing cooling oil to 34.6L/min.
