High Speed Press has become indispensable basic manufacturing equipment of important industrial fields such as aviation, aerospace, defense industry, machinery, electronics, metallurgy and so on. With the development of High Speed Press towards higher speed and higher Precision, the Vibration and accuracy is gradually becoming one of the key issues constraining the development of High Speed Press. In the paper, Structural static analysis, modal analysis, balancing design, and BDC precision analysis have been investigated in order to reduce vibration and improve BDC precision of High Speed Press. The main contents are summarized as follow:(1) The finite element model of the main drive agencies and the fuselage has been built in ANSYS Workbench. By using the finite element method to execute the statics analysis of high-speed press, the results showed that the main link bore the biggest levers of stress and the deformation of the main link was the largest. But, the intensity of the main drive agencies and the fuselage satisfied the requirements. According to the modal analysis of high-speed press in ANSYS Workbench, the results showed there was no possibility of resonance.(2)The rigid model has been established in ADAMS. Establish the inertial force formulas to analyze and determine the method to reduce the imbalance inertial force. The inertial force of High speed press was optimized in ADAMS to obtain a better balance and to reduce vibration.(3)Considering the clearance of Movement Pair and the flexible of main link, the model of High speed press has been established. The main factors influencing BDC precision was determined and the influence law was obtained by Simulating in ADAMS. By using the Taguchi experimental method, multivariate Simulation was done to obtain the optimum parameters in which the BDC precision of High speed press would be the highest so as to provide a reference for improving the BDC precision of actual high speed press.
