The Analysis Of The Harmonious Development Of Human And Nature From The Natural Disaster Perspective

The relationship between man and nature is always accompanied by the development of human history. The beginning of human birth, due to very low levels of productivity, the human in a passive adaptation to natural position. However, with the rapid development of science and technology, human level of understanding and practice of greater capacity and use of science and technological innovation began to greatly enhance the ability of nature, and nature of the relationship gradually to occupy a dominant position, and to conquer and transform nature process, has made tremendous gains. When human nature continue to be obtained from the same time, humans began to not meet the basic survival needs, and constantly in pursuit of more abundant material and spiritual enjoyment, to meet their own interests and also caused damage to the natural, the natural development and gradually emerging out of the irrational use of excessive tendencies. This behavior does not respect the laws of nature not only destroyed the natural and direct result of natural disasters in the form of nature to human beings "retaliation." In particular, nearly a century, the conflicts between man and nature caused by natural disasters, the devastating and disastrous consequences of a direct threat to human survival and development.On the basis of the analyses of the concept, attribute and the classification of nature disaster, this thesis discusses the dual function of human and nature and brings forward the viewpoint that the disastrous natural phenomenon has the active effect on the human society. With the rapid development of the scientific technology, human being can play very active role on nature and the destructive power of the nature can be strengthened greatly. The reality of the deteriorated relationship between human and nature prompts human have to reflect their own viewpoint and behavior deeply and consider rationally and take the initiative in the relationship to prompt the united development of human and nature. Considering that the natural disaster is the reflection of the conflict of human and nature and the prevention and reduction of the disaster is the important means to harmonizing the contradiction between human and nature and prompting their united development and also a fundamental demand for realizing the sustainable development, this thesis also put in the discussion and analysis in combination of the actuality of the prevention and reduction of the disastrous in our country.
