The mechanical properties of cement stone determine it's bearing capacity and deformation capacity. The mechanical properties of cement stone is important index affecting cementing quality and cement bonding quality. When the load exceed the cementing strength and strength of cement stone, cement and casing cementing interface may damaged and the cement stone will destroyed. Mean time there formed microclearance which will cause the cementing failure. Therefore, researching the change rule of cement stone mechanics performance, evaluating the mechanics relationship between the cement mantle and casing under outside loads and the protection of cement mantle to casing is important. This is very important for guiding cement system design work and each construction parameters optimization design etc. This paper based on the existing result researching the cement and additive. After a large number of experimental test and analysis, this paper research the affecting factor of cement stone strength and mechanical property of cement stone. After that, this paper explore the way to improve deformability of cement stone; establish mechanics model about the bearing capacity and resistance to squeeze intensity of the casing–cement mantle. This paper analysed the adaptability of the model in cement paste downhole behavior and afford a reasonable choice of slurry system provides reference.
