Computer detection and numerical analysis are all important technology means, they have been success applied to analyze long-term mechanical properties of cement. These means play an important role in evaluation of cement formulations. It is the key to do automatically data segmentation and set up analysis-math-model of cement's long-term mechanical properties for improving the authenticity and efficiency of cement testing. In this paper a math model was developed for analysis the long-term mechanical properties of cement after summarizing the composition and the theory involved in the system. In this paper, the main jobs are:Based on the study of experimental models that describe the long-term mechanical properties of cement, Conclude a relationship between detected variables and math model's parameters. In this paper, it briefly introduces the linear regression theory and the usage of this theory in the analysis system. According to the need of system analysis, designed the math model for feature data of cement and achieve the analysis system. This algorithm has been proved simply and effectively.Through analyzing the principles and targets of data segmentation, this paper provides an overview of pattern-matching theory and cross-correlation analysis method after summing up the strategy and the characteristics of computer-automatic-segmentation technology. According to the system characteristics, two style curve pattern-match-model was put forward. After study the applications of cross-correlation analysis method, which applied into evaluation efficiency of pattern-matching, in the paper, how to use the properties'weight to change the tendency of pattern-matching was discussed. The test result of the system realized above shows that: the system based on correlation analysis algorithm has ideal analysis effect, make the system more intelligent.
