San tanghu Field Crude Oil Export Pipeline is established to solve the problem of high cost and big crude loss of the original truck transportation method. The production is lower than the current design of the pipeline transimission capacity.The oil,ejecting into the Sibu Pump Station,must be meet the requirement of The Western Oil Pipelin.The program is depressant through the impact of repeated heating on the modifieding crud oil by lab test.Based on solutions for waxy oil pipeline transportation process, this Study proposed the pour point depression (PPD) additive scheme to decrease the start-up flowrate requirement and to ensure the safety and economy of the pipeline transportation .The Diweier Company's PPD of DPD8830 can meet the requirement of the pipeline's PPD. Proper PPD types are concluded by lab test, which can result in the lowest start-up flowrate to no more than 39×104t/a. After the commissioning, the pipeline can be operated by heating process only in initial station in summer, and heating in initial and third station in winter season operation. Under flowrate of 80×104t/a, heating is only required in initial station and all other heating stations to be bypassed in the whole year.
