The flow curve and viscosity-temperature curve are obtained after the detection of the basic physical properties on the Shencai oil. Remedial measures are made after the whole analysis on the affecting factors which influence the experiments (including preheating temperature, shear rate, the volume contraction of oil sample, shear heating, left time after pretreatment and artificial elements, etc).The conclusion which got from the DSC curve is that the wax precipitation point is 63℃, the peak of wax precipitation is 35℃. Conclusions got from the experiments with heavy-and-thin-mixed oil is that the more thin oil, the lower pour point and viscosity; the higher mixing temperature, the lower pour point and viscosity at the same level of the mixing proportion. The freezing point depressant is insensitive to the Shencai oil, the optimized condition for property change of Shencai oil is: mixing proportion is 1:3, using BEM-9W as freezing point depressant, the concentration is 200ppm, the temperature of the heat treatment is 90℃. The DSC curve, the flow curve, and the viscosity-temperature chart of the mixed oil with freezing point depressant are obtained under this optimized condition. Systematic analysis are made on the rheological property of the mixed oil with pour point depressant, including time of heat treatment, repeated heating, high rate shearing and the effectiveness and so on.Experiment research are made on the micromechanism and the macro rheological property of the mixed oil with freezing point depressant with digital micro imaging system and rheometer. The regularity of each micro parameter with temperature decreasing are summarized on basis of the experiments on wax crystals of the Shencai oil. The relationship between wax crystal's micromechanism and the macro rheopexy is summed up through the experiments carried on the mixed oil with freezing point depressant in which the oil is in different temperature, cooling rate, leave still time under the same temperature and shearing procedure.Preliminary research is made on the technology of microcrystal of decline of freezing point and viscosity, from the experiments both in indoor and work felid, we can get the conclusion that the technology of microcrystal of decline of freezing point and viscosity can improve the flowability in low temperature of the oil very well, and the effectiveness can last long. This technology is suitable for the mining and transportation of oil of high freezing point, which also has advantage against the common freezing point depressant.The pilot study of viscosity reduction and pour point depression by sitallization has been developed.The conclusion resulting from the laboratory experiments of crude oil sitallization from 35-32-41#well is that the technology of viscosity reduction and pour point depression by sitallization suitable for exploitation and transportation of heavy oil is able to improve the crude oil's cold flow properties markedly and possess perfect timeliness with the remarkable advantage than normal pour point depressant .
