One dimensional micro/nanometre material has lots of new vagarigous properties which bulk material is lacked of due to its peculiar configuration distribution in three dimension. These new vagarigous properties qualify one dimensional micro/nanometre material great einsatzpotential in many areas.One dimensional ZnO micro/nanometre material as one important number of one dimensional micro/nanometre material,s drawwing increasing attention.In this paper highly ordered and oriented ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays with great uniformity was prepared by chemical bath deposition using ZnO transparent conductive film as substrate deposited by dc magnetron sputtering.The work we did in this paper is displayed underneath:1) By changing the concentration, it was fond that the concentration extention wich is suitable for the growing of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays is between 0.001mol/L to 0.500mol/L.The higher the concentration of predecessor,the larger the diameter of the ZnO micro/nano-rod and the smaller the porosity of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays.This phenomenon was analysed by anion coordination polyhedron theory.2) We observed the effect of original PH value on the morphology of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays by adjusting the origial PH value of predecessor.It was fond that:①the concentration extention wich was suitable for the growing of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays was 5~8 and 10.8~11.2 which we called low PH environment and high PH environment respectively.ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays won't be see whether it was lower than 5 or higher than 11.2.②When the original PH value was in the low PH environment,the growth mode of ZnO micro/nano-rod underwent:single nucleation in two dimentional nucleation growwing mode---poly nucleation in two dimentional growwing nucleation---rough interface growwing mode when the original PH value increased and its surface changed from smooth to roughness accordingly.③When the original PH value was the high PH environment,it would be vary beneficial to the growth of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays.The sample grown in this condition was not only highly ordered and oriented,but also of high growth speed,and has a more loose growth environment and extraodinary uniformiti evev in macroscopic extent.3) By observing the morphology of ZnO mico/nano-rod arrays under different growth time,we fond that:①ZnO mico/nano-rods were preferred to growwing in the area where there are more defectc,②It was common to see the conbination among the little crystal particles during the early growth period(from 3min to 20 min) of ZnO mico/nano-rod;③The diameter of ZnO mico/nano-rod grown to the largest value ten minutes after growwing.The length of ZnO mico/nano-rod grown larger in the subsequent growth time,while diameter almost did't change.4) We investigated morphology changes of ZnO mico/nano-rod arryas after addding ultrasonic during growth of ZnO mico/nano-rod and fond that the diameter decreased obviously(from 400nm to 100nm) after addding ultrasonic.The ultrasonic could effectively pervent the bubble emerging during the hitting process from adhering to the surface of the substrate and ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays.And ultrasonic could also improve the uniformity of predecessor.Both of these two effect could greatly inprove the uniformity of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays.5) By observing the combination of ZnO micro/nano-rod,it was fond that:①the combination happens in the condition that the ZnO micro/nano-rod must be parallel to each other.②The way of combination of ZnO micro/nano-rod are either edge in edge or face in face.6) As both the high PH value growth environment and the ultrasonic groth environment can improve the unformity of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays.We designed the combination of the two growth technics and discussed the superiority of this method in growth large area of ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays with highly uniformity.By this technic,we prepared as large as 14×14 cm2 ZnO micro/nano-rod arrays with extrordinary uniformity.
