Coal is the primary energy source in our country. It occupies an important position in the national economy. There are many security problems in the process of coal production, the coal mine accidents occurred frequently, and the coal mine accidents that caused by methane gas have already been above 70%. Therefore, it is very important to design a coal mine methane safety supervision systym with high-reliability and high-stability for the coal mine safety production.According to the requirements of users and the criterion of safety manufacture, and using computer technology, single-chip technology and communication technology, an overall design scheme of coal mine methane safety supervision system was brought forward. And a coal mine high-low concentration methane transducer and sub-station and designed and implemented.In this paper, the design of coal mine high-low concentration methane transducer and sub-station measure up to safety-production standards AQ 6206-2006 Coal Mine High-Low concentration methane transducer, General technical requirements of coal mine safety supervision.The high-low concentration methane transducer can realize real-time detection, automatic zero adjustment and nonlinear compensation.The methane transducer adopts two kinds of carrier-catalysis elements to detect the high-low concentration methane.In the hardware design, AT89C51RC2 microcontroller is chosen as the core processor, and the power supply circuit, signal amplification circuit, A/D conversion circuit, heating-sampling circuit, infrared reveivingl circuit, communication circuit, signal output circuit are designed.In the design of software, Using a modular design method, and zero automatic compensation algorithms, the methane transducer can adjust the zero point to improve the accuracy. After the specified test, the high-low concentration methane transducer has the following advantages:low power consumption, maintainability, strong ability of data processing, high detecting precision, anti-interference ability. It realizes the digital detection of methane.The coal mine sub-station design is based on ARM, uses the real-time kernel uC/OS-Ⅱas the software platform and uses the TCP/IP protocol to realize the communication between the central monitor and sub-station.In the sub-station hardware design, the ARM chip LPC2210 of NXP Corporation, which has 8-channel 10-bits A/D converter,76 I/O interface and CAN bus controller, is chosen as the core processor. The sub-station can realize acquisition of frequency signal, current signal and CAN bus signal. In the software design, the real-time kernel uC/OS-Ⅱis transplanted to LPC2210 chip. The thesis introduces the implementation of embedded software task. Then it has realized some other test and debugged works.
