| Biodiesel is an alternative biodegradable fuel which can be prepared by aquatic plants oil such as oil crops, wild oil plants, engineered microalgae and animal fats, food waste oil and methanol through a transesterification process. Biodiesel, which was seemd as a high quality diesel substitute as well as an environment-friendly green fuel had far-reaching economic and social benefits. This paper used soybean oil and methanol as raw materials to prepare soybean biodiesel, focusing on the study of solid catalyst for the impact of soybean biodiesel yield and separation process. The research contains the combustion characteristics of biodiesel and kinetic parameters of combustion process were studied. Then the mechanism functions of the different temperature ranges were obtained by software. Firstly, six nomal catalysts were used to the preparation of biodiesel in the normal temperature and pressure conditions. Then we selected dolomite,LDO and CaO/Al2O3 to prepare biodiesel. Four factors such as oil-alcohol molar ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature, amount of catalyst and catalyst particle size were studied on the influence of biodiesel yields. Secondly, in the high temperature and pressure, three kinds of catalysts were selected to the synthesis of biodiesel. The results showed that the catalyst compared with non-catalytic. three kinds of catalysts show a certain catalytic effect in preparation of biodiesel. From above,we selected dolomite,LDO and CaO/Al2O3 to prepare biodiesel and studied various influential factors. According to the orthogonal experiments, the optimal transesterification conditions for soybean oil and methanol catalyzed by dolomite,LDO and CaO/Al2O3 to form biodiesel were investigated. The results showed that four kinds of catalysts derived from the best biodiesel yield were 76.25%,96.25% and 86.36%. |
