New dry cement production line in China is basically equipped with a low-temperature waste heat power generation system. Because the capacity of low-temperature waste heat generation is small and its parameter is low, the point is to combine power generation and heating for further exploring its energy saving potential. So it's of positive significance for our cement plant waste heat utilization to study the match of power generation and heating.The topic is mainly to do a investigation of a cment plant, research its waste heat resources, and study the match of power generation and heating. First analyze the existing waste heat in cement plant by field measurement and daily production reports and focus on the steam from the waste heat boiler and circulating cooling water. Scheme one: change the steam turbine run at low-vaccum to increase exhaust steam temperature of the turbine, so the cooling water can be heated to proper temperature for heating in condenser. But the power output reduces when the steam turbine runs at low-vaccum, need to calculate and analysis its energy-saving effect. Scheme two: distribute part of the steam used for power generation to do heating, and recycle the waste heat of recycling cooling water by absorption heat pump. Comparing of the two schemes, give some reasonable suggestions to explore the energy-saving potential of waste heat power generation.It will improve the energy-saving potential of waste heat power generation by applying the results, combine the power generation and heating, and improve the thermal efficiency of waste heat power generation in cement plant. The results can provide uiding recommendations for the new construction and existing reconstruction of the cement plant waste heat power generation system.
