Refinery produces a lot of waste heat in the production process,how to efficiently utilize waste heat is an important piece of work. Combining the Yulin Refinery waste heat and waste gas power project implementation of DCS control system, the system of steam turbine and generator technology control require analysis to determine overall scheme of control system of waste heat power generation.In hardware,control system used ZheDa in the controlled of redundant FW-247main controller and redundant of5V,and24V power,guarantee control system of stability and security;Using turbine speed and over speed protection card,SOE system of intelligent design cards such as master card,reduce the load on host card CUP improves the real-time control system adopted has over voltage,over current,surge suppression and armour of the Terminal Board, ensuring the reliability of control systems. In software design,selection of ZheDa supcon DCS graphical programming software-SCControl software, hardware integration and configurations software,create a project tree and the system configuration.According to the technology and operator requirements,design user-friendly operation menu. For power generation by waste heat cogeneration system of main process parameters such as temperature,pressure,and,other signal processing,process control and program the cascading protection, meet the technological control of turbine and generator requirements.Control systems in the field of hardware and software for online debugging, solve the system’s reliability and stability, ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system.Indicated by the field operation,control system through real-time collection of data reflected in the flow chart to the operator, man-machine communication is established enabling operators to reliably monitored and controlled to ensure safe, reliable and stable operation of the unit.Also increase the level of automation of power eneration by waste heat in refinery, with a typical example and promotional value.
