As one of eight kinds of forging press, numerical control punch press is widely used in mechanical,electronics,aerospace,and so on. There is no domestical numerical control system for the hydraulic high-speed turret punch press.The special numerial control system in this thesis,which is mainly combined by the numerical control device, the servo system, the hydraulic system and the changing mould system and so on, is based on the hardware platform ,based on industrial PC + FPGA, and the hardware platform,based on Linux + RTAI.The pressing of the hydraulic high-speed turret punch press is realized by feed movement and stamping movement. The feed movement works in coorination with stamping movement by I/O signals. If the signals are treated in the PLC module, which runs in every 16 ms, the target can not be achieved. So the signals are treated in the interpolation module in this thesis, which runs in every 1 ms.The feed movement of hydraulic high-speed turret punch press is high-speed and intermittent, so reasonable control algorithm can reduce shock, oscillations, etc to appear. How to realize smooth movement by the flexible Acc/Dec control is the key and difficult point in this thesis. The controlling method of the simplyfied S curve is brought up in this thesis.From the practical point of hydraulic high-speed turret punch press, this thesis is also analysing the actual and special processing functions, such as the material procedure, again positioning function, clamp's position detection and clamp protection, etc. The material procedure includes the coordinate system setting, H+L parameters setting, special plates treatment, and the prepressing position confirming. If the length of plates is greater than the machine's travel, the again positioning function should be used. The clamp protection should be set up to make sure that the clamp can not be punched.In addition to this, this thesis also has completed the test of the special numerial control system, and compared with the FUNAC-OIP CNC system. The resaults show that the special numerial control system is stable, and most technical indexes reach the level of the import CNC system.
