In recent years,the market demand for metal plate and shell parts is growing rapidly.At present,domestic CNC system in the field of punch applications are blank.Domestic research is still in its infancy,it is difficult to practical application.In this paper,the interpreter of the hydraulic turret punching CNC system has realized all the punching instructions,optimized the step-by-step scheme,and can fully compatible with the punch processing code generated by the CAM software.In addition to providing the punching function,But also to achieve rolling,embossing and other technology.In addition,in the clamp protection function,the development of the clamp automatic detection function,to increase the punch intelligent avoidance function compared to other punch system.The system's comprehensive functionality and stamping frequency are close to the mainstream FANUC Oi-PD punch system,System has a good application prospects in the country.The development of this project is in the HNC-8 platform.HNC-8 based on X86 architecture,support NCUC bus transmission,the use of all-digital control technology,data transmission and computing meets the needs of high-speed punch press.The punch interpreter and the functional modules can be developed on the platform.Firstly,the demand system is analyzed based on the composition and working principle of the hydraulic turret punch,the step-by-step scheme is optimized,the feasibility of the platform is verified,and the overall design of the system is completed.Then,the cooperative control mechanism of stamping,forming and rolling bar mode is realized by combining the interactive mode of system and hydraulic system.Developing the punch dedicated interpreter based on analysis of punch instructions.According to the characteristics of the punch mold,Developing a mold management system.Developing the graphic simulation based on the parameters of the mold.According to the protection requirements of clamp,the protection function and avoidance function were developed.And achieveing the data communication between systems.Finally,the system has been fully tested,the results show that the stamping frequency at 1mm step and 4mm stroke achieves 600 times / min.Function and performance can meet the needs of the domestic general punch market.
