Fixed buckle is one of the textile machinery spare parts, the total amount of which can reach more than one hundred thousand in batch production annually. In the production process, as the original mold structure and molding parameters are unreasonable, that the separation of plastic parts and runner material are manual, and also the deformation is very large that post-processing is needed to solve the problem. In addition, as the uncertainty of molding parameters to plastic parts quality during the mold test, it greatly extends mold test that takes long time and great plastic material. Therefore, by changing the mould structure, analysis selecting molding process parameters reasonable, so as to reduce the number of workers, reduce deformation of plastic parts, shorten the time of mold test.The author of this paper redesign a mold structure for fixed buckle spare part with"Pro/E"according to the classical injection mold design theory and standard. The author makes analyses for the number and location of the pouring gate;the cross-section shape and the structure of the cooling waterway, then recompose some relevant structure of better performance with"Mold Flow". The author also finds the main factors that cause warping with a orthogonal test and a better molding process of minimum deformation with a analysis of range for the orthogonal experiment table. Finally, the mold parts processing, assembly and test mode.
