Along with our country citilization and industrialization development, China'sindustrial sewage discharge is becoming more and more serious, so it has become anvery important and urgent task.This design is for sewage treatment process design of the Tianjin secondchemical plant.The sewage is mainly from Tianjin Akesu Nobel peroxide Co.Thescale of this sewage treatment plant is 800 m3/D, and the main composition of thesewage is industrial wastewater and a small amount of domestic wastewater. The mainpollutants of the sewage is organic peroxides (EHP,CNP),and highly COD content,itscomposition is very complex.Combined with the sewage quality features and afteranalysis,it is suitable mainly using biochemical treatment method, auxiliarycoagulation and flotation process in wastewater treatment. Finally,we determined firsttreating the sewage with ferrous sulfate salt coagulant, then taking flotation andfiltration pretreatment methods to remove oil sludge, and pulling into the PHregulating pond mixed processing, followed by three stage biological contactoxidation tank as the main sewage treatment process.This technology can removeorganic peroxides and salt very well.After analysis and processing for the data oftreated sewage, the COD of the treated water can reach 98%. The water which has betreated can meet the third grade standard of "urban sewage treatment plant pollutantdischarge standard"( GB18918-2002 ),finally its outlet into the nearest water.
