As a new, great content, unlimited exploitation and available energy, solar energy has a very impressive prospect for development and use of, and a series of solar photovoltaic power industry which are derived from it is also very vibrant, especially the monocrystalline silicon which is the raw material of the solar panels, semiconductor and integrated circuit, its development and market demands are very huge. Monocrystalline silicon's product process is relatively complex and demanding, so that can ensure the product is of high purity. And a lots of inorganic and organic chemicals which as corrosive, cleaning agent and lubricant are used in the product process. If these substances discharge directly, it will bring a great pollution to the environment, so it is very necessary to be treated before discharged.As a traditional technology, hydrolysis-acidification and contact oxidation has lots of successful application in dealing with industrial waste water. This project used this technology as the main biological treatment and coagulation as the chemical pretreatment, complete the debugging and the research of the corresponding factors, the purpose is to achieve the standards of level 3 discharge standards of the"comprehensive sewage wastewater discharge standards"(GBJ8978-1996), the main test items require that COD value lower 500mg/L, BOD5 value lower 300mg/L, and SS value lower 400mg/L. After debugging achieve stable operation , the eventual water'COD stabled below 200mg/L, BOD5 at about 50mg/L, SS less than 80mg/L, the removal rates of COD, BOD5 and SS are 93.0%,89.8% and 92.9%.On hydrolysis acidification and contact oxidation and contact oxidation pool to study factors, hydrolysis acidification pool in the retention time for 57h treatment effect is better and more reasonable, pH in the range of 4.5 8.5 handles the more stable, and contact oxidation ponds in 9h above residence time running the effect is good. In the operation process of polyaluminium Chloride and the dosage of anionic polyacrylamide respectively for 100mg/L and 5mg/L treatment of wastewater effluent SS value when the removal rate is high.
