One pharmaceutical enterprises intended to constract an auxiliary projects whichcan produce Chinese and western medicine.This project can produce amasswastewater which have high chorma、acidic and with high temperature. According tothe "three simultaneity" principle,need constract a new waste water treatmentstation.In this study,based on the characteristics of the industrial wastewateraterproduce by the of the auxiliary projects,hydrolytic acidification-biologicalcontactoxidation process was designed to treat this wastewater.Then procced withengineering commissioning studying and pilot out,research conclusions were asfollows:During the starting up of biological contact oxidation pool,the microorganismspecies gradually increased and quantity logarithmicly increased,then enter into thestabilized period,bacterial counts maintained in106~108/mL; eventually, biofilmthickness was between0.6~1.8mm;preliminary period of biofilm culturing theprotozoon appered,metazoon was observed after biofilm culturing mature,a complexand stable ecosystem formed in the biofilm finally;the heterotropHic bacteria growedfastest,the nitrifying bacteria growed slowly,and the nitrifying bacteria growedslowlest,slowed for about a month to enter stable pHase compared to the nitrifyingbacteria.The best scope of dissolved oxygen when the biological contact oxidation pondrunning is2.5~4.0mg/L.Upon the range,the amount of microorganism reduce, andthe treatment effect will lower,meanwhile increased energy consumption.Results of the coagulation-settlement experiment showed that:under thecondition of25℃and pH7.0,150mg/L of PAC can make the coagulatingsedimentation reaction achieve the best effect which removal rate of SS、CODCrcanreached50.4%,45.3%.Result of trial running indicated that:effluent CODCrstable within69~97mg/L,average82mg/L,removal rate reach94.7%;BOD5stable within9.4~21.4mg/L,average15.3mg/L, removal rate reach97.2%;SS stable within24~47mg/L,average 39.3mg/L,removal rate reach90.4%;NH3-N stable within3.5~8.2mg/L,average6.41mg/L,removal rate reach79.6%;pH stable within6.87~7.56,average7.32;chromastable within8~46double,average27double,removal rate reach93.3%;treatmentstation deals with200m3/L wastewater and productes0.4m3sludge everyday.Under the unsteady water quantity and quality of the treatment station,theprocess can makes effluent water stably reach the standard and has somecharacteristics, such as strong shock resistance,stable operation and easymanagement、little excess sludge, is a kind of maturely applied to the treatment ofChinese medicine production wastewater treatment process.
