With the development of manufacturing industry in recent years, such as mechanics, automobile, aeronautics, astronautics etc,the punch forming products structure become more and more complicated. As all kinds of high-performance materials coming out, which bring more requirements to equipment performance for stamping. Because of fixed and single working mode of slides, traditional mechanical press hasn't met the complex workpiece's special technology and materials'requirement for forming. As an emerging press machining equipment, servo mechanical press has servo motor drive directly, which is in harmony with high–precision digital control systems, being characterized by flexible processing technology, high–precision, high efficiency, energy-saving, environmental protection, and has the double advantage of traditional mechanical press and hydraulic and oil press. The design of 2000KN servo mechanical press in this paper, with type"mechanical-linkage", is used to high strength weldable hot -punch forming, the main results and conclusions of this thesis are listed as follows:Analyzed the transmissions type and processing property of existing servo mechanical press,taking hot forming Process'technical requirements into account, the paper finally selects the combination of screw and elbow-pole as a basic transmission pattern. To meet the hot forming process'special technical requirements, and improve and optimize the elbow-pole drive mechanism, the paper compared and analyzed the three improving plans, and finally optimized downward-pointing triangle elbow-pole mechanism by soft ADAMS, in which the structural dimension of downward-pointing triangle elbow-pole mechanism was optimized to enhance stability of the mechanism and reduce the requirement of the machine's peak power, on the premise of meeting the requirement of machine's performance.Based on software UG, the paper finished the design calculation and 3D modeling of all parts of press; Designed downward-pointing triangle elbow-pole system, chose the key parts of a ball screw and modeling; Designed high stiffness and high strength bodies matching transmission system to finish the modeling of key parts, such as platen, lead rail; Mechanical virtual assembly and interference detection of all parts to guarantee that subsequent the analysis of kinematics and static have a accurate data model.Using software ABAQUS, the body of the press was calculated by finite element analysis, the paper analysed the body under the workload and the level of stress-strain of work platform, and according to analytical result, modified and optimized the structure of the body to meet the demanding of intensity, rigidity; Built virtual prototype based on software ADAMS, and led in the force curve of hydraulic balancing cylinder and the reaction curve of high strength steel sheets obtained by imulation experiments, then driven by rated motor speed,the kinematics and dynamics were simulated to obtain the a motor torque curve needed in the process; Analyzed the speed and acceleration of the slider, and made a contrast with hot shaping technology ,the results meet design requirements.
