In the modern stamping production,with the continuous improvement of the automation degree of machinery manufacturing equipment,the multi-station stamping production line has been more and more widely used in the automobile manufacturing industry.As the key equipment in the automatic stamping production line,the feeding device is an important guarantee for efficient,safe and stable production of multi-station stamping production line.The main research content of this paper is the structural design and performance analysis of the three-degree-of-freedom multi-station feeding device applied to the stamping production line of large multi-station presses.The main work done is as follows:Firstly,according to the working requirements of the stamping production line and the working principle of the feeding mechanism,the advantages and disadvantages of different transmission mechanisms are compared and analyzed,and the motion characteristics are analyzed.The overall transmission scheme design of the feeding device is preliminarily completed.For the design of the feeding mechanism,the end-executing parts,the transmission parts and the driving parts of the feeding device are respectively selected and designed.Including the minimum size of the mechanism and the minimum energy consumption of the servo motor,the optimized design aims to optimize the design of the lifting and clamping mechanism,and select and select the driving motor in all directions of the feeding device,based on the design parameters.A three-dimensional model of the feeding device.Then,the Lagrangian dynamic equation method is used to establish the mathematical model of the feeding mechanism,and the dynamic analysis of the feeding mechanism is carried out to provide a theoretical basis for the motion simulation of the mechanism.The ADAMS motion simulation software is used to simulate the kinematics and dynamics of the feeding mechanism.The theoretical values are compared with the simulated values to verify the rationality of the trajectory equation of the feed rod and the rationality of the motor selection.Finally,the ANSYS Workbench is used to perform static analysis on the key components in the mechanism to determine whether the material,structure and geometric parameters of the component meet the design requirements.The modal analysis of the mechanism feed bar is performed to determine whether it will resonate during the motion..Establish a virtual prototype of the feeding mechanism and the large multi-station servo press stamping production line,perform interference check on it,and verify the feasibility of the mechanism design.
