| Both derivative of benzalacetone as inhibitors,a kind of mannich base were synthesized by analysised of their characteristics. Then,they became the compatibility of complex inhibitors. The inhibition property researches of both mannich base and their complex inhibitors in hydrochloric acid were by weight loss method, electrochemical polarization curves,EIS,SEM,FTIR,AFM,and etc.We analysised some phenomena,and got some conclusions.First,both derivatives of benzalacetone and their complex inhibitors were good corrosion inhibitors. Second,the complex inhibitors were superior to their single-component corrosion inhibitors. Third,their corrosion rate significantly reduced with the increase amount of corrosion inhibitor.Fourth,at 90℃in 18% HCl the inhibition efficiency reached 97.71% when the amount of benzalacetone substituted by cyclohexylamine was 0.2%,while the inhibition efficiency reached 98.44% when the amount of benzalacetone substituted by diethylamine was 0.5%. Fifth,The complex inhibitor of benzalacetone substituted by cyclohexylamine was 0.82 mm·a-1 while the complex inhibitor of benzalacetone substituted by cyclohexylamine was 1.12 mm·a-1 Therefore,they both reached the national level 1 in static constant pressure evaluation criteria .We discussed inhibitor mechanism of the inhibitors. The mechanism of the derivatives of benzalacetone inhibitors was synergy of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption while the mechanism of their complex inhibitors was mutual synergy of their single component.We also found that their adsorption models were all in line with Langmiur isotherm model,and their adsorption process was spontaneous exothermic process of entropy. |
